What H360 says
May damage fertility or the unborn child <state specific effect if known > <state route of exposure if it is conclusively proven that no other routes of exposure cause the hazard>. The wording is incomplete on purpose. The specific effect, if known, and the route of exposure under the same condition. CLP Annex VI expresses the known effects as separate codes: H360F, H360D, H360FD, H360Fd, H360Df.

Where H360 is current
GHS is a United Nations model text, revised every two years, and each jurisdiction adopts a revision on its own timetable. A code can be legally current in one system and deleted in another — that is normal, not an error.
