Directory listing terms
These terms apply to every listing in the GHS Tools & Services Directory, claimed or not. They supplement the Terms of Service of ghspictograms.com. The directory is run by SIA Basis Assets, Riga, Latvia.

- Free. Listing, claiming and keeping a claimed listing cost nothing.
- No contract. No signature, no minimum period, no penalty.
- Removal on request. At any time, claimed or not.
- Your content is yours. Logo and text can be withdrawn at any time.
- Badge and links are optional. Nothing about a listing depends on them.
1. What a listing is
A listing is a card of facts about a vendor’s product or service. Each fact comes from the vendor’s own public pages or an official register, with its source and the date we checked it. We do not rate, rank or score anyone. A card is marked “not verified by owner” until the vendor claims it.
2. Cost
Listing, claiming and keeping a claimed listing are free: no fee, subscription, renewal or other payment is required, now or later. The order inside a section is never sold: verified listings come first, ordered by the date the owner last confirmed the facts, and any vendor can reach that by claiming for free. A paid placement may be offered one day; if so, it would be optional, would sit in a separate block marked Sponsored, would move nothing in the list and would have nothing to do with claiming. None exists today.
3. No contract
Claiming is an exchange of e-mails from an address on the vendor’s own domain. It creates no contract: no signature, no minimum period, no penalty, nothing to cancel. The owner may stop at any time.
4. Removal
A vendor may ask for its listing to be removed at any time, claimed or not, by writing to [email protected] from an address on its own domain. Within a few working days we remove the card and everything the owner supplied, and we do not list the vendor again unless it asks us to. The principle “Nothing is deleted” on the directory page concerns tools that have closed down: they stay on record as closed. It does not override a vendor’s own request.
5. Logo, description and other content from the owner
A logo, a short description and links appear only if the owner supplies them. The owner may withdraw any of them at any time by writing to the same address. We then take them off, together with anything on the card that rests only on the owner’s word, and the card returns to the sourced facts.
6. Badge and links
The directory’s badges, such as “Verified listing”, are offered, never required. A vendor is not obliged to display a badge or to link to this site, and nothing about its listing depends on it.
7. Corrections
If a fact on a card is wrong or out of date, write to [email protected]. We check it against the vendor’s page and correct it, usually within a few working days. Corrections are free.
